Shamanic Training: Me, A Shamanic Healer? You’ve Got To Be Kidding!
Five years ago I was smack in the middle of a very rough time. My love life and close friendships were in turmoil after two big traumas had removed dearly loved people from my life. I had experienced anger and terrible fights with people I loved. I was sad, depressed, and generally miserable. On the positive side, I had recently gotten a new job in teaching and administration that excited me. I put all my energy and time into my new students. |

How I Became a Tarot Coach (And What Is That, Anyway?)
Many people know a little about Tarot cards, even if they’ve never had a reading. Usually, they’ve seen them on TV or heard about them from something they’re read. Maybe a friend told them about a past reading, or they walked by a professional psychic’s window display. A few may have even had a reading themselves. I stumbled onto Tarot cards as a child. When I was very small, my parents had a friend named Victor who visited us regularly. |

I’m Sabrina, Isabella’s New Healing Partner, Shamanic Practitioner, and Tarot Coach
Hello, future friends. My name is Sabrina, and I am joining Isabella’s practice. I want to tell you a bit about who I am and why I’m here. Over two years ago I walked into Isabella’s office because I was exhausted all the time, I struggled with a demanding job, and my love life was undergoing a huge change. I needed a big boost of insight, assistance, and HELP!
As a 3rd Degree Wiccan Priestess, I knew how much Reiki could help. |

40 Ways to Let Go and Feel Less Pain
“If you let go a little, you will have a little peace. If you let go a lot, you will have a lot of peace.” ~Ajahn Chah
Eckhart Tollebelieves we create and maintain problems because they give us a sense
of identity. Perhaps this explains why we often hold onto our pain far
beyond its ability to serve us.
We replay past mistakes over and over again in our head, allowing feelings of shame and regretto shape our actions in the present. We cling to frustration and worry
about the future, as if the act of fixation somehow gives us power. |

About Me
Self Healing, Spiritual Growth, and Reiki
My name is Isabella, and I have for as long as
I can remember always felt like I was different. I was always told
I was just too sensitive, too emotional, so I went through life pretending
and hiding the truth because of fear of rejection, self-hate, and
judgment. I was told once by a “high priestess” that I was a
clairsentience. I had no idea what that meant, all I knew was that
she told me things about myself that no one would ever know and foretold many
things that were going to happen in my future. |

I
am a Reiki Practitioner and feel truly blessed to share with others the
infinite healing benefits of Reiki. Before a session I am sometime asked certain questions. I would like to share with you some of those questions. CAN REIKI HARM ME? IS THERE ANYTHING NEGATIVE THAT COMES FROM REIKI? My response
and experience would be; Reiki ispure love and light and always
positive healing energyand you should never fear Reiki being
negative. Reiki is never negative, but what a person may experience and
confuse as being negative or uncomfortable is how Reiki will bring repressed emotional or physical life experiences to the
surface that may seem to be uncomfortable for the individual to handle
especially if they are not ready to let it go. |

What is the History of Reiki? Mrs. Hawayo Takata brought Reiki from Japan to the West in 1937 and continued to practice and teach until her passing in 1980. Because of her devotion, Reiki has been passed on to millions of people all over the world, and the numbers continue to grow! And as you will see, if it wasn’t for her, Reiki most likely would never have been discovered by the West and even in Japan would have been practiced secretly by only a small number of people. |

Posted: 18 Jun 2012 04:00 PM PDT Why fear letting go of the ego?The ego is created by the thinking mind. It’s a conglomerate of concepts, perceptions, misperceptions, and people’s projections onto us. It isn’t who we are, yet because we are so thought dominant we think we are these ideas, feelings, and coping mechanisms. While the ego is often judged as a negative aspect of ourselves, one to get rid of because of its sabotaging tendencies, it’s often trying to protect us in its dysfunctional ways. |
