These sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional healing. We begin with what your body has been holding and what's most present in your life. Reiki supports regulation and release, while soul integration supports the return of the parts of you that were lost in stress or trauma, so you can rebuild self-trust and feel whole again.

Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki Energy Healing supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and deep relaxation. It helps clear and rebalance the energy field, easing stress and supporting the body's natural ability to restore harmony across the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels.
Soul Integration Support
Soul Integration Support meets you where you are and focuses on what's most present in your life and in your body. It supports healing, release, and recalibration in a grounded way.
Intuitive Guidance
Intuitive guidance with Channelled messages assists with helping you evaluate where you are in your life at a deeper soul level to gain clarity and understanding of your present life challenges with assistance from a higher spiritual source.
Sound Therapy
Sound therapy tools as guided may be used during the session to aid in balancing and realignment while moving through blockages in the body.
Tuning Forks: Facilitate balance and harmony in the body's energy centers.
Crystal Singing Bowls: Induce deep relaxation and promote healing on a cellular level.
Drums and Rattles: Grounding and rhythmic, enhancing focus and release.
Bells: Clear stagnant energy and promote a sense of clarity and peace.

Soul Integration + Reiki Healing
2 hours - $240
This 2-hour healing session is recommended for first-time clients or anyone needing deeper support. We begin with what's most present in your life and what your body has been holding, then move into Reiki and soul integration to support nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and deep recalibration.
This longer session gives us the space to slow down, get to the root, and understand what's truly going on, so the work feels clear, grounded, and aligned with your timing,
Included in this session: Soul Integration Support, Intuitive Guidance, Reiki Energy Healing and Sound Therapy (as guided).
90 minutes - $180
This session is ideal for continued support and consistent healing. We begin with what your body has been holding and what's most present in your life, then move into Reiki + soul integration to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and steady recalibration over time. This work helps you rebuild self-trust, move through layers with grounding and clarity, and feel more connected to yourself.
Included in this session: Soul Integration Support, Reiki Energy Healing, Intuitive Guidance, and Sound Therapy (as guided).

Remote/Distance Reiki Healing Session
45 minutes - $80 / 60 minutes - $110
Includes: A Remote Reiki energy exchange to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic balance. During the session I scan your energy field and chakras and work intuitively with what's most present.
After your session, you'll receive a Session Report by e-mail within 48 hours, that includes a chakra scan, the energetic themes I picked up, any intuitive messages that came through, Oracle card messages and simple aftercare to support your integration.
No communication during the session so you can fully relax and receive.
Reiki Healing for Empathic Starseeds and Highly Sensitive Kids and Teens
9-12 yrs old - 45min $75

What is Reiki for Empathic Starseeds, and HSP Children and Teens? Reiki for Empathic Starseeds, and HSP children and teens is a safe and non-invasive energy healing practice designed to support the unique needs of young minds and sensitive souls who often feel deeply connected to the energies of the universe.
This holistic approach combines gentle touch or hands over the body with focused intention to balance and harmonize the recipient's energy centers, also known as chakras. Sound Therapy may also be used during the session.
